Return & Exchange Policy

We are thrilled you chose to shop with Angelique Style Lounge and hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item(s) for Store Credit. 

Return or Exchange for STORE CREDIT Must Meet the Following Requirements: 

•    Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 10 days of the date the item was delivered. Items must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the date of delivery receipt to be eligible for credit. 
•    We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. Items must be in new condition and suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) show signs of wear, alterations, or damage. 
•    Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags; attached.
•    All sale items are Final Sale.
•    Merchandise marked “Final Sale” or accessories (jewelry, hats, sunglasses, etc.)  cannot be returned or exchanged. 
•    The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For proof of delivery and for your records, please note the tracking number of your return package, if applicable. If return(s) do not meet stated requirements, customer will be contacted, and the item will be returned to customer (subject to return shipping cost) 

To Make a Return or Exchange:

•    Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that items meet the criteria stated.
•    Include the original packing slip.  Once we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days to process your return. Once the return is approved and processed, a digital store credit will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
•    If you would like to exchange one item for another, first return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

No cancellations or changes can be made once the order is placed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Missing Your Order?
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results.
We hope this does not happen to you. However, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen once delivery is confirmed. 

 

Damaged/Defective Items:
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or have questions about your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery to hello@angeliquestylelounge.com

Damaged/defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt or items cannot be returned. Your satisfaction is important to us! We will promptly respond to your message.
